I hope you are having a good day and ready for the weekend. You have worked hard on your project drafts, Top Hat questions, and forum posts. I encourage you to take some time this weekend to decompress and maybe reach out to your friends and colleagues. We all have friends who would love to hear from us!
Please write an email to a friend to get in touch, check on them, and reconnect. While the pandemic has brought us into a virtual world, we can still connect with those who have helped us, and we deeply care about.
I will reach out to a couple of graduate school friends and mentors to get updates on their lives and families. I also want to ask them how they are using high-throughput technologies in their careers. If you learn about novel HT technologies and their applications, please consider sharing. Reconnecting with our friends can help us recenter and kindle our motivation and creativity.
