The video intentionally has no voice over. You should now be able to describe the techniques/equipment used and think about creative applications of high-throughput (HT) technologies! What are they doing in the video, and how can I use this to answer my questions and advance my research?
Now that you have defined key terms, worked on case studies highlighting high-throughput sequencing, screening, and protein engineering… look around for additional sources of inspiration. They may be close to you! For example, the Williams’ lab has developed high-throughput sweet potato phenotyping approaches.
We also appreciate all you have taught us in this journey together.
