Hello High Throughput Discoverers!
Next Friday is our first milestone for our Course Projects (you will need to draft a project outline and start your bibliography) and we encourage you to read the Guidelines and Rubrics as we get started. Your input on teamwork allowed us to develop balanced groups for our course project teams filled with diversity of scientific expertise and perspectives! Please also read our Teamwork Safer Space Guidelines and add at least one comment within the document to make our guidelines truly collaborative!
Now that we have used your input to develop your teams, we also need your preference on project topics and we need you to rank your top 2 project topics by 1 pm on Monday, April 5:
- Project 1: Developing a High-Throughput Screen for Glycosyltransferase Activity
- Project 2: RNA Extraction and dPCR for Arabidopsis Expression Studies
- Project 3: RNA Extraction and RT-qPCR for Delftia Delftibactin Expression Studies
We will announce Team Project Topics with a Moodle Announcement by 6 pm on Monday, April 5.
