What compounds are available out there for chemical screens?
What is the chemical space?
To answer these questions, we will introduce key terms and approaches to discover, create, and test novel compounds in a variety of different assays.
We will analyze how false positives and false-negative rates are calculated and how IC50 values are determined.
We will look at the MLPCN results and current and future related projects with the goal of identifying useful probes and effective therapeutics!
There are Top Hat questions associated with this Module and a case study and forum. I look forward to another round of online conversations!

Again, you will have a series of questions to respond to on Top Hat and a discussion forum based on our second case study.
